Hello all!

We are launching a new token and need help to design a snazzy looking gold token for our logo.
Project has 2 Parts:
1. Design the logo/token
2. Once winner is selected, place the logo onto the face of image near a stack of coins. (Demo provided in Bitcoin Gold Coins)

I am not sure which font will be best for the design, so far I made a simple logo that I am uploading which uses the font "Cinzel" but I am open to other ideas.

The look: Should be bright and energetic, but also raw and modern.

1. The centerpiece:
I have an image that I am using with a buy standing with his back to the camera in a hood. This character is the focal point. Would like primarily the charachter on the design, possibly in a silouette format, but can also include elements on the background to fill in the token so its not just blank space. But it should not be too busy, (AdobeStock_563379550 comp.jpeg)

2. Around the edges on the outside should be the following text. It should always be facing top to bottom, like normal text, not upside-down which is hard to read.

Top Center Text:
Integrity=Everything

Bottom Centered Text:
Self-Regulating Decentralized Org For Cypto Trading

3. In the center of the token, inside the silouette/character should be the letter "R" made to have the marks like a $ Sign. Not sure if it would look best in a circle or some other design, will leave that up to you.


4. The token should also have Crypto Logos on it, i think in a square arangement but open to ides. Not the words, just the image component. I have included the vectors where I can, but you may need to find another color or change the color to maximize the effects.

Binance Logo New logo if possible, but can use the old one in addition where needed as well)
Arbitrum Logo
Bitcoin Logo

5. It should have the Token Ticker Name on it as well, in a small banner, somewhere in the bottom area.

Some small changes may be needed as we go along but this is the basics that I am looking for. Hopefully you can help me to get this done quickly I would be very appreciative and happy to leave a great review.
