I need a logo update / vectorizing / inverse coloring for application on hats and polo shirts.

The ideal winner will update the pennant so that there a navy with opaque letters, white/opaque with navy letters and navy border, and update the pennant so the tail is shorter. Creative types might make a version would be made where the pennant is solid and not the weathered look and also a pennant on a flagpole...

Application will be hats, shirts, business cards.
