I have the name and a very basic image that i would like to see what someone can do with it. I am not 100% married to it but ultimately would be great to somehow incorporate it into the logo. (please see attached files)

The logo and name is for a gourmet line of Jellies, Jams and Marinades that I have developed so the logo needs to be appealing to the consumer and it must translate my vision of the line which is a
1. specialized product made with the best ingredients
2. use of primary colors to give it a contemporary, clean feel while also keeping a sense of warmth. (i have an example of a color pattern that depicts this point)
3. do not want a "country" , "flowery" or feminine feel to the logo. prefer more of a soft masculine feel.
4. the line is named after my dad who passed away recently. he taught me a lot about cooking so it also must somehow reflect him (happy, upbeat,sarcastic (in a good way), and an overall good feeling when you see the logo - just as you would feel when you meet him.

  I posted a sample label of a primary color pattern that i liked. doesn't have to be the same colors as the sample - i liked the combination of the bold colors that were used because it still gives a warm feeling.
