I have an existing logo that requires modifying. It is for an estate agency called TKL solutions. The only text that needs to be shown on the logo is the company name 'TKL' and their tag line 'Lettings & Management'

I have attached an existing file that can be used - they have an image of a house that they would like to keep if possible but it is not 100% necessary.

I would also like business cards created. Please use dummy information for the time being:
