It is my in home tattoo business. Owned by myself a woman named heather and it stands for criminals on another level. Because my entire family has been in and out of jail in prison our entire lives and we have completely changed our lives all the way around and it is hard for us to find a job because of it that's where I got the criminals on another level cuz we are changed people that have a bad past that are looking for a better future
