     #50 is 90% OK. Just remove the leaf with branch. It's not looking nice. Try to embed leaf inside the bird or woman. Few suggestions:
     (1) Give the colour of woman's hair Green to make a feeling of a leaf. Or
     (2) Make one of the wing of the bird as a leaf (and colour that wing Green)

     You are close to what I wanted but still there are corrections:
     (1) Bird's face and tail looks like Twitter bird. Make it look like Drongo Bird
     (2) Colour is deviation from the Red and Blue that is used in my origional Logo
     (3) Complete face drawing of woman is not required. Only a little bit of drawing (incomplete outline) will look better from a logo point of view. I mean people need to pay a little bit of attention to understand that it's the face of a woman.
     (4) Logo should be printable on a large surface as well it should be clear on a small space like stamp, business card etc.

     Much better than earlier logo. Need little improvement to finalize it:
     (1) It's a bit complicated. Please simplify it so that it's easy to remember.
     (2) I can see the Drongo Bird as well as a girl's face (in the right half) to cover both Pharma and Cosmetics industry. Other things in left is not understood. I suggest (rest your call), make left half like a globe.
     (3) Please make a simple logo which has some message within. My earlier logo bird was flying high which means company is growing. Blue for Faith in company and Red for Passion.
     Please explain the story of your final logo. every draw should have a message / meaning.

     I've just got an ides:
     (1) The Plus sugn: One line blue and one line red: For growth and for Trust
     (2) In the left, give the shape of leaf and make it green.
     (3) Overall everything should look like a globe.
     
     If you have any better idea, you are most welcome.
