Business: Parent company which currently houses 2 startups, one a SaaS real estate CRM (NurtureCloud) and the other a tech focused fixed fee real estate agency (Upside)
Audience: Investors - not customer facing brand
Style: Wordmark
Colour Pallette: Blues and greys - possible references to colours in the other logos if appropriate, but not required (attached)
The identity: The explorer - don’t fence me in , The magician - I make things happen
Ideas: Innovative, tech, AI, Machine Learning, Growth, Rule Breaker, improvement, property, real estate, revenue growth, business growth, automation
The logos for the two brands under ownership can be used as inspiration but we are not looking for a combination of the two. The logo should be clean and simple, text focused with possible marks or embellishments added (like the arrow in the U or Upside) if deemed appropriate
