Here's how you can interpret the logo.

1) The two outer rings symbolize motion or rather, a life in motion.
2) The central circle symbolizes your company(tools) in general. I thought it would be appropriate to have the initials of your company at the centre instead of an image.
3) The dots arising out of the MT circle represent connectivity.
4) The blobs at the end symbolize individuals, businesses and contacts.
5) Moreover, I've also incorporated the '.me' at the end of the logo text.

No more gears and wireless please. The logos with 5 stars are constant with the design concept we are looking for. A subtle touch on the MotionTools textual part and a standalone icon. The font used in those logos is the font we want to use. We will be picking a final winner by 5:00PM tomorrow PST. Will review further in 8hours. Thanks.
