  You're right jaisonKen, that site sells image for everyone, not exclusive. The image credits ones who buy it. They can use it in products, labels, graphic designs, etc except logo or trademark. Because the one who designed it is still the proper owner. :)

Technically, I was the first one to use the bull with the star on it's forehead so everyone that is using a bull with a star on it's head and even just a bull are in violation of Freelancer's code of conduct. Lucky for the people who have copied my idea, Freelancer is too lazy to do anything about it.

Apologies to the contest holder and other designers for my misunderstanding. As I saw other stock images being used I did so as well. I purchased those images legally for the record but didn't know they could not be used as an official logo. I spoke with i-stock and was informed of that. Sorry for any inconvenience.

dholwerda... leading entry #128 from bigrich74 is not an original design... its an istock image http://www.istockphoto.com/stock-illustration-10671570-bull-fighting-stance-b-amp-w.php
If you want to avoid copyright infringements I strongly suggest you ask for a full release otherwise you could find yourself with a really hefty fine. To give yourself some protection you should specifically ask the designer.. is your design original or clip art/ stock site derived and ,make sure you keep a copy of their answer for your records.
Just my advise to you to save you some pain down the road.
