About the company:
We run a charitable non-profit health care organisation in India. The hospital is a registered charitable organization that was started with the sole objective of providing high quality medical services at highly subsidized rates. We provide all kinds of medical services in India.
We have registered a domain name - http://www.birandevimodihospital.com but have not zeroed on the design yet. The logo will prove to be a starting point for the overall design. Here are some instructions for designers:
Target market of logo:
Age group - all
Sex - all
Location - India
Income - Below 2000$/year
Occupation - farmers, house wives, students, businessmen, shopkeepers, labourers
Industry - health/medicine/non profit
Interests - living a simple life, good health, family life, etc.
Lifestyle - simple living, go to office/work, come back home, attend social events from time to time
Values- indian values
3 things to communicate through logo:
charity and affordability
excellent healthcare
growth and modern outlook of company
Type of logo:
Emblem - picture + text or Symbol
Text to use: Smt. Biran Devi Modi Zanana Hospital or Smt. Biran Devi Modi Hospital. The logo should be compact and simple. Nothing complicated. But it should be visually appealing. The charitable foundation was founded in 1943. But it is now in a state of revamp, hence the new website and logo design. So the logo should reflect a sense of modernism coupled with traditional values of simplicity, honesty and social work for the welfare of all.
Colours:
any/all/combination of the following: green, orange, red, blue, white, black
Kindly give your best shot. If I like the design, we will hire the designer for other design projects of the company.

preferably don't put heart because its not just a heart hospital..you can try putting elements of the rest..but it keep it simple - don't over crowd the logo with lots of symbols...also, the font of the hindi and english versions could be looked at..
