I am looking for a logo designer who can create a modern logo for my apartment complex. I have specific colors in mind for the logo and also have specific elements that I want incorporated into it. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating modern logo designs and be able to work with specific color preferences and elements provided by the client. The logo should convey a professional and modern feel. Please focus on the text and incorporate the specified elements into the design. We are a large low rise complex consisting of 4 buildings, and have a very diverse community of owners and residents. Our property has many old growth pine trees and lots of large trees and greenery. We are situated across from a city park that and are minutes from the heart of the city.

Use: for letter head, possible for door signage

Can include any combo of these:
• Colours to match or compliment the building – dark bluish grey & light taupe, some black and white
• Either name include the building name Hartford Woods, or initials - HW
• Could have building drawing or silhouette
• And/or silhouette of pine tree/s
• Open to other options based on the background provided
