Contest Brief

I would recommend that all participants view our previous contest to get a sense of our branding and purpose--it is our intention to have a diverse collection that expresses the Kinetic Potential brand in a creative, quirky and intelligent way. We would like to design a t-shirt that introduces a new logo for a blog that we will target to the youth and also to the educators that work with them--a very broad audience. The goal is to drive traffic to a site (url tbd) so please incorporate this into your design--i'm providing copy for the first blog article that captures the concept. The term "change" should include a triangle which is the mathematical symbol for change as we currently have a "change the game" logo and-this is a derivative and extension of this mark. Coins are also an interesting way to depict "change"--but this element is not a requirement but reflects our current thinking about the conceptual intention of the proposed design. LOOSE CHANGE JINGLES
As part of the Kinetic Potential (KP) Network, you’ve joined a community focused on improving the local community in both big ways and small. Perhaps you’re a kid who intends to go places, to make something of yourself. Or perhaps you’re a teacher, school administrator, mentor or tutor. Perhaps you’ve been involved with KP for a while now, or you’re thinking about joining the community.
Regardless of your station in life or how long you’ve been with KP Connects, we’re excited to introduce you to Loose Change, KP Life’s new weekly feature designed to offer small changes we can all make that will help us achieve our long-term goals and improve the quality of our communities. It’s a very simple philosophy: A handful of pennies and nickels may not seem like much, but accumulated, they can add up over time, right? Small changes over time can have big results in our lives. We want Loose Change to engage our community, and give each of you food for thought. Sometimes we may assert ideas with which you may not agree, and that’s ok. This is about encouraging dialogue and exchanging ideas, so if something you read invokes a reaction, shout out (or quietly shoot us a line). We want to hear from you regularly, so please stay in touch with us. Expound on our ideas, or tell us about your differing perspective. Please, submit your ideas for subject matters you’d like us to touch upon. We want to address ideas that are important to everyone in our community, and do that effectively, we need to hear from you. Think of it as making a deposit—investing in someone’s future. Your small idea may change someone’s life.

We look forward to building an ongoing relationship and making positive changes in our community members’ lives and ensuring their success, one penny at a time. Please, let us hear you and change the game.

hi...the design is for the launching of a blog which will be a website that includes your logo. To launch the website we would like to promote the logo on a t-shirt. i hope this clarifies our intentions.

I want to clarify that this is a contest for the slogan "Loose Change" not for Change The Game--I only provided the files as a reference for participants. The initial designs submitted do not seem to have this focus. Thanks and I appreciate everyone's submission.
