Dear all of you talented freelance writers!

I am looking for a job advertisement that will be used to recruit a number of contract software engineers ranging from junior/entry level all the way up to a technical lead position. For a 6 month period, whereby if the contractor has done an awesome job for that 6 months we would be looking at a permanent position.

Here are the specifications of what needs to be in the advertisement:-

Company : Engage To Sell

Company Industry : on website sales engagement

The project:-
We are building a cloud based SAAS ( software as a service ) application, that will enable customers to implement code on their website that will further enable customers to communicate with chat agents that work for our company. The software itself is cutting edge and is attacking a gap that currently exists in the market. This appeals to new age web technologies, cloud application architecture, and desktop software.

Job position/s : Junior, mid level, senior and a technical lead.

Salary : Is negotiable dependent on the position that is being applied for ( IE a junior will not be paid as much as a senior engineer ).

Location : UK, Birmingham

General skills required:-
Must be able to communicate and work effectively in a team environment.
Must be driven to build great software.
Must have the ability to solve problems

Academic Background:-
We are looking for serious coders and engineers therefore education is not a top priority, experience and proof of their ability is. However educated to a BSc level in computer science would be desirable.

Technical Skills Required ( mandatory for all positions):-
C/C++,
Basic understanding of web technologies ( JS, HTML )
GUI programming,
Object orientation,
Algorithms,
Understanding of linux and windows operating systems,
SQL/Relational databases
JSON

Technical Skills ( Advantageous )
QT Framework ( this is a very high plus )
Software architecture design ( Scalability, reliablity, high performance )
Scalable database architecture design.
Cloud application development
MySQL ( Db design and interfacing )
Network protocols and network programming ( TCP/IP stacks, UDP, SSL sockets )
Advanced web technologies ( Web sockets, JSONP )

  Hi again guys, apologies for my late response, it's been a pretty hectic start to the week! The text I provided is ideally suited to both JobSite and Monster. The latter I'm not overly familiar with. You may find (And it will be worth checking) that the Ts and Cs of Monster and Jobsite specifically state about multi-job posting in the same advert. I've had an advert suspended previously for it being a generic "catch-all".

Hi guys. Good luck with your new venture! I just have a couple of quick questions. Are you looking for just the copy for the advert, or will you be looking for a designed piece for say a go-to-print ad in a local newspaper?
And finally, as I am sure you are aware, the IT industry here in the UK is exceptionally competitive. What would you say is your USP as an employer? These, and more, questions are what I normally ask a client who uses my Employment Agency services (along with a host of others of course).

  I'm realistically just looking for a professional text that will look and sound appealing to potential software engineers. The text would essentially go off to a job advertisement website and be used there. We have a couple of USP's as an employer, the first is we are building a product that is cloud based and is extremely complex, meaning there are a whole set of components in the system making this an exciting development oppertunity. Secondly, we are a rapidly growing company hence the need to build the software, this would mean that any potential engineers would be getting involved with the project from the ground up giving them a huge potential for growth with the company. The reason I have not used a recruiting agency, is that I actually started my career as a software engineer and know exactly what I am looking for and I have also done recruitment before.
