Contest Brief

We have a image we have put together that we want to be redrawn in to something like this style

we also have some callouts we want to make visible on top of or inside of the graphic

There are 3 very critical things to not miss in the design

Black outer border
Blue border inside the building in the middle
Light grey which encompasses the blue

These are really important to show and be really visible in the design

the file should be in vector form in its final output.

I will likely award this project as soon as we get a good design in, we are a bit in a hurry so please dont wait till the end
