Contest Brief

Greetings;

We have created a form using BreezingForms. We are collecting two important dates on both forms: Date of Tour and Date of Birth.

We want to integrate BreezingForms and Mailchimp to send nice HTML emails (integrating text and images) with for a couple of important Dates throughout the year:

Examples:
1. On the day after a client attends a tour: Thank you for Joining us!
2. Three days after a client attend a tour: Thank you and Asking for a TripAdvisor review .
3. On a Client's Birthday: Happy Birthday!
4. St. Valentines (February 14): Happy Valentines Day!

We need the basic form to be sent on these special dates. We will modify the artwork, messages and content later on.
