Interior Design of Shared Office Space

Kilpailun tehtävänanto

Interior design layout of co-working office space. Two working floors of a building (9,300 SQFT each) into professional cool, bright, modern offices, lounges, meeting rooms, ETC. The basement (also 9,300 sqft) will be laid out as storage, workshop space, and offices. You will identify and suggest materials, colours, lighting, etc.

The majority of the space should be private offices, they will go as small as 6’x6’. Two storey office pods, if possible.

You’ll need to provide a balance of additional amenities such as the below:

Shared desks
A few resting pods.
Board Rooms
Lounges on each floor couches, tables, chairs
Games, ping pong, foosball
Small gym with weights, treadmill, squat rack, yoga mats, etc.
Small Shower / Change Room
Cafe’s Kitchens with coffee, fruit, foods, beers
Whiteboards
Podcast Studio
Mailroom
Interior garden retreat
Reception
Bike storage
Lots of plants, vines, etc
Wall Murals
Wall Papers
Waste Baskets

There should be ~ 90+ enclosed rooms total on the two floors.

Designs provided AutoCAD or SketchUp + scene images.

Once the layouts are selected and finalized they will be artistically rendered.
