Simple & elegant infographic design for a work instruction called "how to conduct 1-on-1 performance review meeting" related to performance appraisal process in alfanar company.
the design needs to adopt alfanar theme which is attached and the text needed to be included is in the attachments.

1- we want to have innovative font format, however, to be suitable for business environment.
2- the graphics used needs to be relative to the text.
3- you can use appropriate number of pages to make it look readable (e.g. 3-4 pages)

- we have other work instruction files will be assigned to the same awarded designer of this project to keep consistency.
