I have an iPhone app that is complete, but needs to have the background and some images changed- as it violates copyrights. I'm looking for an original art to replace the background and images.

A little more about the app:
It is a trivia app on LeBron James. There are six categories (Personal life, High School, Cavaliers, Heat, Achievements, Endorsements) which all need an a new image to represent them.

What I need:
Category Pictures:
Format: .PNG
Dimensions: 500x500
Categories:
1) Personal Life (Name file: personalife.png)
2) High School (Name file: highschool.png)
3) Cleveland Cavaliers (Name file: cavaliers.png)
4) Miami Heat (Name file: heat.png)
5) Endorsements (Name file: endorsements.png)
6) Achievements (Name file: achievements.png)

New Background in .PNG format in the following sizes:
320x568 (Name file lebron.png)
640×1136 (Name file lebron@2x.png)
2731×2048 (Name file lebron@2x~ipad.png)
1365×1024 (Name file lebron~ipad.png)

The app.jpg file shows what my current app looks like- I'm changing all the images on it.

For example, the Cavaliers image could look something like the 3 samples (Example_1, Example_2, Example_3) attached.
