Improve the look of this website

The layout (where menu is, images are etc) will remain the same. Design must be improved by changes to
1)color scheme
2)backgrounds (image backgrounds, website backgrounds etc)
3)fonts
4) etc

This website is coded in html and css. There are alot of pages and we donot want to make changes that do not add value.
NO CODE NEEDS TO BE WRITTEN: you just need to provide the mockup design and images/backgrounds etc.. I am a developer, need help of a designer!
