I am looking for superb business diagrams to be illustrated for my new book titled "Agile Digital Strategy". Please see below details about book.
Framework Diagrams are the backbone of each chapter. There will be one Framework diagram per chapter. In each chapter a blank framework diagram is provided and the chapter explains how to think about answering the questions in the framework diagram. At the end of the book, individual chapter framework diagrams come together to reveal the full framework. The framework diagrams will be available as workbook templates in the Author’s website in Powerpoint and related formats. Example diagrams are filled variations of frameworks. There can be several of these examples within each chapter.
In terms of style;
> Simple style is better. It must be elegantly simple and get the point across. Below are two examples i like;
Google The 1 thing diagrams and look at the images
Google Mcknisey Business diagrams and look at the images
> Each diagram combines over the chapters to form the full framework similar to this example;

Agile Digital Strategy - Background
I wrote Agile Digital Strategy (ADS) after a 20 year technology career spanning multi billion dollar turnover corporation as well as cutting edge Fintech startups. In both those corporations and startups there is a knowledge gap when it comes to an end to end lifecycle of converting ideas to strategy to agile teams, culture and systems. This gap leads to derailed careers at corporations and entrepreneurs losing the little capital they have. It need not be this way. Technologists struggle with strategy and business strategists do not understand the nuts and bolts of technology. The teams under them suffer confusion. ADS is an attempt to bring the three groups of people on the same page with visual tools.
The ADS framework helps the reader work through key questions (as below) to form a simple yet effective [login to view URL] blueprint will help communicate the vision to a wider audience: this will attract the capital, team and partners required to execute.
