Illustrate Something for Bird on a Wire

Contest Brief
I simply need a design of the attached sample (very small) Bird on a Wire. Needs to be a psd (photshop) file vector image so I can enlarge to say 100mm. I do NOT want a silhouette with flattened edges, I want the detail as seen on the attached. Prefer the birds head to be separate layer from body.
The final image will only be used once as a guideline for some artwork being done.
May be a few paid iterations after the initial design that will go to the winner.... Thank you!!!!

Thanks for your patience. 4 things please: 1) Can you turn the body to the right. 2) Turn head more looking up 3) Change the forehead of bird (between head and top of beak) to extend more as in original sample image 4) Change end of tail to have only 2 fins (not 3). Thanks...
