with dummy text
proper outlines (TOC, list of figures, list of tables)
footers headers, cover pages, with pictures that could be replaced.
2 columns on some pages and single columns on others
lots of page brakes and section breaks to show the various styles and formats
themes and styles properly set out in the document
charts, tables, and pictures properly titled, with titles properly linked to the list of tables and list of figures
dynamically linked footers
sample nicely set out report in pdf attached.

- what colours should be used?
- how many text would be per slie?
I see you just want a template, so like 1 page with full cover, 1 page with 1 column layout, 1 page with 2 columns layout, etc.
