I'm looking for someone to design a mailchimp newsletter template.

Here are a few requirements...

- use the look/feel of the playball website (www.playball.com.au/indro).
- template to be either "1 column" or "1 column with a left or right sidebar".
- need to include PLAYBALL logo
- need to include the FIVE coaches from the contact us page.
