I have the written content for an eBook (16 pages) in word format but would like for a Graphic Designer to jazz it up with a cover and the use of graphic design elements and nice fonts throughout.

IMPORTANT:
THIS IS NOT A CONTEST TO JUST DESIGN A COVER. The entire 16 pages need to be illustrated with graphic design elements like the books in the attached examples.

This is going to be a free eBook and it needs to be branded with my logo (attached). I have attached some examples of the style I like.

I would like to receive the final document in word or powerpoint as well as pdf and I would also like to receive it as a word/ppt template for future use.

The eBook content is attached in document named "how to create killer content.doc"

I think I speak for all the freelancers here when I say I would obviously be ready to tweak the designs, if you decide to pick my entry.
