I need some Graphic Design for a card ( credit card size) with logo

It is 2 pcs of cards with an eyelet holding the cover to the underside. The cover will rotate. . Eyelet needs to be around 7mm from edge.

The cards size will be 5.5cmH x 8.5cm L ( credit card size) ( REFER TO FILE FREELANCE 2)

COVER - It will have the logo PIN BUDDY tm. This could be an image/sketch of a pad lock or vault with the words written on lock? Maybe the writing can be in the credit card font, the way they write your name, which looks raised? We want it to have a credit card feel to the design

It will have a clear panel show a number on the under side.

It also needs to have the words " Master Code" and also 1.2.3.4 under the word mastercode. There needs to be a white/silver area next to numbers 1,2,3,4 where people can write with a pen, say 1.2cm

UNDER SIDE-
This needs to have 10 equal vertical line columns - like my example. Must be exactly equal and the cover must have the cut out so it is exactly same size as 1 column, so when you rotate the cover, it reveals 1 number in the underside. IT MUST BE A PERFECT HALF CIRCLE

Also, the numbers 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,0 The area could be red, with the numbers is silver embossed look.

I am open to any designs/colours etc

It needs to have a credit card feel/look to it. The purpose of the product design is to remember pin numbers and will be in the wallet next to credit card.
