I am a realtor. I have a couple of luxury high end homes going to the market. I need to design property feature sheets preferably square size 8X8 and landscape with style and elegance. I would prefer designers who specializes and very experienced in designing feature sheets and brochures for realtors of luxury high end properties. I prefer less is more on these brochures.

    Even though the contest has ended please feel free to let me know if you need any changes on my submissions #120 and #122 or if you need a designer to create something based off of an idea you have.

    I am happy to do as many revisions as required by you to see your vision made reality. Even after a year you can always come back to me for any tweaks to the artwork free of charge.

      Hi, the photographer just shot the pictures today. They won't be available until tomorrow afternoon and I don't have the text descriptions for the property until I see the picture. But so far the address is 520 Soquel in Scotts Valley, California. A victorian home with lots of history...
