I need a header and footer designed for my website. See attached documents.

I have attached a profile document of an overview of my website. I have attached additional information as well in the specifications file.

The deliverables should be in png, eps, ai

hey should be approximately 950px X 115px for top and 950px X 220px for bottom. They should also be resizeable (incase i need to go a touch smaller of larger)

if you need the png, eps, ai files of the logos to display on your entries, please pm me.
