     You do not need the lot dimensions. Why do you think you need the lot dimensions? The number of bedrooms and bathrooms is noted on the floor plan provided. Can you see the floor plan provided?

     No. I do not have an existing floor plan. That is part of the problem. I am trying to get a building permit for a garage addition. The building official insists on an existing floor plan to prove that this new garage will not interfere with the minimum requirement for one egress window from each bedroom. The owner of the house does not want to disturb the tenant and will not let me into the house to measure. So I need to show something that the building official will believe to be true and get him to allow for the garage addition. I need a simple floor plan within the existing exterior walls.
