In my site (http://www.phillipsessentials.com/) I need help

1) Getting the slider to move automatically when someone is on the home page

2) Adjusting the images so that the largest one isn't quite so large, if that is possible;

3) Explain if it is possible to put a text preview or summary in the image near each featured post by the top;

4) Explain to me how to change the categories to the right of ‘Carousel’ so that they display at the top where there is currently only 4 categories.

5) Help me put something at the bottom that says 'designed by Robin Phillips'

6) Suggest improvements to make website look more professional and easier for the user.

I want to hire someone to do as much of the above as possible in two hours. It needs to begin right away.
