Hangar Concept Design

The proposed design shows a building that supports it's form in a structure or paralel beams. These beams rise from the earth into the sky as a take-off ramp giving a dynamic shape to the building. From the street side and the opposite side with the Hangar Gate the facade is mostly closed, and has the silhouette of a wing. On the other two facades, the big glass panes open the building to the surrounding, and allow the natural light into the offices and hangar. The overall proposal is based on a sharp and dynamic shape as a homeage to modern aviaton. The images submitted here are from an AutoCAD file and a SketchUp model.
