Hello,

I would like those interested freelancers to send me a message if they are going to submit a design please...

i want the design of a landing page done - i do not want the landing page set up online or live or anything like that, i only want it designed and given to me as a file on PSD and also on PDF. i only want an image of what it will look like.
you will need to look at the PDF and information i have attached to see what information goes on and what sort of landing pages i like.
the design will be up to you - however you will have to use the content i gave you in the PDF - however, if you can think up some more content - you can give that a try and i will review it.
i only want freelancers with considerable knowledge of landing pages and how to optimize them for conversion to submit their designs. they must have maketing experence and knowledge.

i have also attached all the file and photo i think you will need - if you have any other needs - send me a message.
i want it to look clean and profession and eyecatching.

  i think you must have misunderstood what a landing page is. You have designed a homepage for a website - that is not a landing page. A landing page (or conversion page) is a page specifically designed to convert interest into leads.
  im not sure if you have heard of them, but they consist of a page online that has absolutely no links on them apart from a form to collect the viewers details and enquiry. and on the page there are a couple of different calls to action which lead you to the same form to fill in the details - the idea is that the only way to get past the page is to either fill in the details or click the red cross to close the page.
  please re-design the page - i don't really like the design either - i doesn't have the same colour/branding with our current site www.adaptiveinteriors.com.au and looks mess/cluttered and isn't very easy to read.

advice / comment:
people will close your landing page like i did the pdf before reading half way through (kidding).
the point being: each and every letter shape and thumbnail you put on a page makes your inquiry less visible (if you aim on building an inquiry page). the first bit of the text is enough to deter people from opening up a conversation, provided they have a need for your services. your main attraction of this site is clientele and portfolio (projects). you should focus on that, if you you mainly specialize on refurbishment, or on the products if you are a salesman, anything more is just noise in your company's message.
and a picture allays worth a 1k words.
