1 : 150 $ is not a lot for this design, specially if you also need moving animated content.
2 : Sealing the contest would be great .
3 : Al is usually not use by designers for web design . Can I provide a PSD version ?
4 : I don't get what you mean by subpage. Is this an other page ? And is the title page the home page ? I am a little confuse here.
