I’m preparing to develop a ground-plus-two building for retirement community. Next floor with 2 individual bedrooms with attached bath room and a sr couple suite (bedroom, reading area, walking closet and bathroom), gym Exact plot dimensionsare uploaded herewith. Please optimise your layout for setbacks, staircase positioning, lift and other services. AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD or similar industry-standard software is fine—just export final drawings to PDF and DWG.
