I am looking for someone to design a theme and layout for a my forum website. The layout and design should be professional and with good navigation. Security is essential so design or implementation of script must have proper safety from hackers and spammers. Website is http://www.tipsformoneymaking.com.

The deliverable I am looking for are below;

1. Design logo - The colours should be fresh and professional.
2. Design the theme in phbb,vbulletin or anything as far as i can update it.
3. Configure and optimise phpbb - just to test and make sure it works. Description and metatags for search engine.
4. Upload files in my hosting server.
5. Monetization spaces- I must be able to add banners and adsense codes.

I ideally need someone with phpbb experience but no preference. I have 2 or 3 other forums to follow this one. So whoever wins this will more than likely be getting that job too.
