***NEW TEMPLATE TO WORK FROM***
There is a new template, please use this as a reference. The eye follows down from the top to the lock button, and the information is easy to see and follow.

We have an existing site. I am looking to fix certain elements of the UI in order to improve UX.
We have an unusual concept and new users find it confusing and difficult to understand.
Our goal is to make new users who land on the home page, immediately understand what is going on.
Our concept is a nut shell:
1. Chose the winning team of a sport match (for example EURO Football).
2. Pick a product
3. If you pick the winning team get a big discount on your product compared to a big competitor.
4. If your team does not win, you still get a discount, but smaller discount compared to a big competitor.
On the landing page: [login to view URL]
We would look users who have never been to the site before, to immediately understand what we are trying to accomplish. For example:
Iphone 6s - $1079 (Our competitors price)
Sport match: EUR0 2016: Romania vs Albania
If you pick Romania to win, pay $891.
If you pick Romania but they lose, pay $1020
So as you see, no matter who the customer picks, they will still pay less then our competitor.
This is the concept we are trying to convey.
I have attached a mockup and screenshot of the area that I would like to focus on in the design. I have also included my own idea about a possible solution. You can either use it as a template or create your own solution i don't mind:

I have also included a Photoshop file of the existing website design incase you need to use the elements on it for your own designs. It is not a perfect replica of our current site, but it is close enough ([login to view URL])
Remember, our goal is for brand new customers who have never heard of our concept to land on the site and be able to quickly understand whats going on.
FINAL NOTE: I do not want any radical designs. My front end coder will kill me if i submit a radical design change that looks nothing like the existing site. We are looking at clever and efficient designs and fixes to improve UX in the existing UI.
“The guy is amazing. Will be working with him on the next couple page designs shortly.”
