I am looking for a program / application that will allow me to create quiz questions and charge users to access the quiz.
I am happy to either look at a paid quiz application but would prefer one that uses a revenue share model.
Requirements:
- payment gateway in order to access quizzes
- as many different format of questions available - True / False; Multiple choice; Select various answers; Match the word in column a to column b;
- ability to use pictures in questions
- available on a variety of platforms - both pc, mac and mobile devices

I will select the winner based on the program that best meets my requirements. If there is a duplicate suggestion then the one that is posted 1st will be selected.

  but the program doesnt allow you to charge users for access! The quiz file Flash, excel etc or whatever can be easily shared and for this reason, even if you charge for the file once, it can be easily distruibuted for free

  It has a downside granted, but all I wanted to suggest was that they put it up for consideration for the prize as I feel it was a valid entry. I can't award to "comments"

I have tried to prioritize the thing that you can sell the quizzes. Also checked about customization. I have found 1 that has everything and few with almost all you need

  This is not a build the program contest. This is does it already exist on the web question. I agree that if I wanted it built it would be worth more and sealing the contest would be the right thing to do. My reason for leaving the contest open is to help people know what sites other people have already found.
