We are looking for a logo based on the following company description:

FileMyPrelim.com is a web based application specifically for the construction industry to file, track, and follow up with preliminary notices. The company will have a nationwide presence and will be viewed by construction lenders, general contractors, and sub contractors.

We are looking for something professional and clean with some depth. Our website will utilize graphic design as opposed to stock images, so a logo that may act nicely as a baseline for future web design would be optimal.

Job description:
Preliminary notices are legal notifications from sub contractors and material suppliers to general contractors to establish their future rights to lien a project if payment is not secured. The logo should be able to speak (or relate) to general contractors, construction lenders, and sub contractors.
