We are creating a survey about “Executive Leadership”....
our goal is to “Help the Executive become more positive leaders”......

We need someone with executive business knowledge to create these survey questions
from either each of these paragraphs attached or create on your own from research.
These questions should be geared towards our ideal executive: experienced, struggling with
growth, frustrated with staff, not seeing results, fear of falling behind, disgruntled with employee energy. Or Must be thought of and written for the high-end executive leadership person in a corporation. These would be executives, managers, and leaders having issues with employees understanding the company’s values, problems with distractions and most problems with profits and growth. If you can come up with these on your own, then great (about 15). attached are
paragraphs I found that might be helpful to create your questions and/or you create the survey

In this survey, the Executive should write something related to the question this is how we can figure out his way of thinking/approach. This is according to my experience, where the answer can be in YES or NO, I will do that if it is ok with you? Your advice, please?

What do you expect to accomplish with this survey? I think that would help us create the questions. Also, do you envision the questions as "yes" or "no" ... multiple choice (very interested down to not at all interested, for example) ... or open ended (essay-type answers)? I also would like to see the prize increased. You provided five pages of information to be reviewed, so the prize seems a little low for that much research and then the writing. Thanks for considering this!
