Job Description:
We are looking for an Excel expert to create a mortgage calculator with multiple tabs for our financial analysis needs. The calculator should have the following functionality:

Tab 1: Comparison Calculator

Display loan provider details, including loan amount, interest rate, and loan term.
Calculate and display the monthly payment and total payment for each loan provider using appropriate formulas.
Tab 2: Effective Rate Calculator

Input and manage details for multiple accounts, including balance, interest rate, and payment term.
Calculate and display the effective interest rate for each account using the provided information.
Tab 3: Monthly Savings Comparison

Compare the monthly payments of an existing loan and a new loan from a chosen loan provider.
Display the effective interest rate for the chosen loan provider.
Calculate and display the monthly savings resulting from switching to the new loan.
Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with experience in creating complex financial calculators.
Strong knowledge of Excel formulas and functions, including PMT and mathematical calculations.
Ability to design and organize data in multiple tabs for easy comparison and analysis.
Attention to detail to ensure accurate calculations and data entry.
Good communication skills to understand project requirements and provide updates.
Deliverables:

An Excel spreadsheet with three tabs: Comparison Calculator, Effective Rate Calculator, and Monthly Savings Comparison.
Formulas and functions properly implemented to calculate monthly payments, total payments, effective interest rates, and monthly savings.
Well-organized and user-friendly interface for data input and analysis.
