PROJECT: High-Converting Door Hanger Design (Painting Business)

OVERVIEW:
I need a premium, print-ready door hanger (3.5” x 8.5”) designed for a residential painting company in Dallas. This will be used for door-to-door marketing and must feel personal, high-end, and not like a generic flyer.

PRIMARY GOAL:
Maximize QR code scans and generate leads by making the hanger feel like a personalized “home report” rather than an advertisement.

TARGET AUDIENCE:
Homeowners in higher-income neighborhoods (e.g., Highland Park, University Park, Dallas TX)

I designed a high-converting, premium door hanger based on your concept of a “Home Paint Condition Report” rather than a traditional advertisement. The layout focuses on curiosity and personalization, starting with the headline “I LEFT YOU SOMETHING…” to immediately capture attention. The report-style observations section allows handwritten notes so each hanger feels customized for the homeowner. Davys’ photo adds credibility and a personal connection, while the large QR code area is strategically placed to maximize scans and lead generation.

The design follows clean, modern styling with strong typography and green accents to give a high-end service feel suitable for upscale Dallas neighborhoods. I also ensured spacing respects print-safe areas for door hanger production.
