Hi

i am building a doctor database and need a mockup design for home page of specialtymd.com
DO NOT USE ANY DESIGN OF THE CURRENT HOME PAGE, as we want to rebuild it..you can use only the logo if you want and the color of the logo.

Home pag should have a rich search feature :
Search must contain doctor name, user's location must be loaded by default, and radius search must be available. apart from this, there must be an option to choose the 'speciality' of the doctor. the purpose of the site is to search for doctors with more than 1 specialty, so there should be an 'AND' search for upto a maximum of 3 specialities.

Based on how you design the search panel, you can populate the rest of teh page with sliders, news article boxes, 'featured home page doctor listings' and footer. If you want, you can also display a map in the search page with which users can mark their location as search input. Header will have login, signup pages.
