Kilpailun tehtävänanto

I am starting a new company, named XOR ( from the logical operator), the company will be mainly for technology services, web hosting, consulting and applications development, I would like to develop a corporate identity, starting by the logo.

Preferred color: dark blue, bluish or similar, not a hard requirement though if you can see a better color please use that
please include a variation with XORTECH

EDIT: I will be going with logo in the attachment, if you could give an enhanced version (better font and styling for icon) I would go with your entry
