Hello Freelancers!

this is an invitation to create our landing page (home) design. Worldium is a Real Estate Investment Company and our Website is Private. That means that the only page available to public will be this one. The landing page should contain the description of the company and a Login Screen or button. Our expectation is to get a clean/classic/rich design with some real photoshop art skills.

This is what we will provide:

- Our Logo in PSD or ai
- Company Description

We need you to come up with a modern and rich design to represent our image. I have attached images of our Logo on different environment to inspire you. At this Point, we will need the PSD file that will be later on converted into a Joomla Web Page. The quality of the rendered logo on the different images provided is the type of quality design/image we would like. The attached file multimedia-world.jpg is a good example of quality work and imagination, it is not necessary a design for us but hopefully can be used as an reference.

Company Description;
Worldium Investment Group LLC (WIG) is a private real estate investment fund that invests in distressed real estate assets in Arizona, California, Florida, Michigan, Minnesota and Texas. The Fund focuses on existing properties and loans that are underperforming and undervalued.

Worldium pursues smaller market single family real estate assets (less than $5 million) with its own capital and middle market assets ($1 to $10 million) along with its institutional investors. The Fund targets assets with significant value enhancement opportunities that can be captured in the near to mid-term. The Fund invests in quality pre-foreclosure, bankruptcy, foreclosure, and REO properties and loans that are operationally distressed.

Worldium’s management has the market knowledge and real estate experience to take on complex transactions and formulate innovative investment solutions. The Fund deploys a variety of creative and flexible ownership structures and purchases fee simple interests, non-performing loans, and managing partner and similar positions.

#3 was pretty much what I was planning — keep the basics of the existing website, use the updated logo, add a gold & black colour scheme with white text, and so on. Looks like wolfmen beat me to the punch.
