I would like a label designed for our brand of hot sauce.

See "Label Idea.jpg" for the idea in a drawing. But design must be of high quality!!!!!!

Here are the exact specifications in text form:

The image will be a devil with a pitch fork.
The Devils Face should resemble "Devil's Face.jpg" (attached)
The Devil needs to wear a T-Shirt with "sickle basket.png" (attached) And color will need to be added to this image
The Devil's lower body needs to resemble "Example of Devils Body.jpg"
The Devil should be standing on a ledge with flames around it, see "label idea.jpg"
The pitch fork will have a "Ghost Pepper" stuck on the end of it "ghost pepper.jpg"
The "Ghost Pepper" will be dripping into a vial "vial.jpg" The vial needs to have red liquid in it, NOT GREEN.
The vial will have a label on it that has a "skull and crossbones" on top and "666" below it
Above the Devil should have the Hot Sauce Brand "H E L L - D E L L A ' S"
Under the Devil's feet should read "Hot Sauce". And "Charlotte, NC" underneath it
Below Charlotte, NC should read "Beelzebub in a Bottle"
The Devil should be standing on a mountain ledge with flames around it see "label idea.jpg"

It wasn't really specified ... Need a label size so we don't make the artwork the wrong way for the bottle. Also, are you planning a standard rectangular label or a die cut label?

  That actually presents a different set of questions. How are you planning on having these printed? (screen printed, dye sublimated, direct to garmet, digitally printed heat transfer?) If screen printed, are you going to want to do a limited color range (such as 1-5 spot colors), or a full color print?
  And are you wanting a design that will work on all colors of shirts or are we doing this for one color of shirt? (if only one, what color shirt?)
