Need the cheapest project possible in terms of cost of material and labor and nicest for the money.
the exterior looks dated and needs refreshing. please make sure you include actual material and costs.
regarding the front and side stairs i would like to see if re do it cheaper and nicer

    Hi, sorry if I'm out of place here. This is a big building, any change is expensive on a larger scale. the main problem for me is that i don't know how much do you want to spend on it. Example: even if its 50$ per Window on 100 windows its 5K. changing small things can result in much money difference. My point is, if its not only a paintjob, just change the railings in new ones, and plaster the stairs with another material, you can pick the cheapest in your region. Also, i can do all kinds of rendering, modeling, design, but you need to be specific in WHAT do you want to change. New can be the difference between New Paint and new Roof, which is a huge difference. Sorry again for maybe overstepping, i would just like to help and i don't know how and what you exactly want changed
