I need to design an advert for the launching of a new furniture business. The advert (240mm (width) x 350mm (height)) will be published at the rear page of a newspaper, the size of the advert should. So I need the advert to have the concept that it's newly opened with the following information.
1. Largest Furniture Showroom
2. Over 120 models of bedrooms and sofa sets including Teak Furniture
3. Our motto is " Furniture to fit every style, and every budget under one roof" and tag line is "warehouse prices'
4. Open everyday from 10am - 5pm with emphasis opened Saturday and Sunday also
5. Location/Site Map Plan with contact detail, website, tel, whatapp, email

This will be a long term contract with 2 designs per month for next 6 months. Files attached for design
