Kilpailun tehtävänanto

MOD Property Transformers - transform properties. We provide maintenance services to real estate property managers, a Prep 4 Sale service to clients of real estate agents who need to get their homes ready for sale and we assist property owners with renovation projects.

We create appealing spaces with a modern aesthetic, quickly and cost effectively.

We have re named this business to MOD (with the descriptor Property Transformers) to help make it more memorable.

We need a new logo developed which encapsulates who we are. Please note the business name is MOD and the business description (to be used in conjunction with the business name in the logo) is Property Transformers. This needs to be integrated (and readable)with the logo but is not the focus.

Please see attached the current logo (with the current business name). This is very much in line with our style and is unique. I like the use of colours but prefer 2 colours vs 3 (we have changed the colour of the sun to the same colour as the tree). Perhaps this can be re worked?
