I need an architectural house design for my plot, located near a forrest as seen in attachments. All units are in metrics. (sketchups are acceptable).

The house ground zone will be max 66.2 square meters. The front is 5.1 meters only. the whole closed sections will be 66.2x2= 132.40 sqmeters. (Basement wont be calculated)

HOUSE WILL BE: 5,11 meters x 13 meters its limited by government. Only the houses closed sections will be in this scale. Terraces garage varendas etc wont be calculated in this size. ONLY THE HOUSE WALLS WILL BE IN 5,11 meters x 13 meters as seen in attachments.

Only 2 floors. ground floor and first. I need a basement also.

Basement: no room needed. I will use this part as a basement only, useless things I have, my bike etc..

Ground floor: I need 1 living room (looking to the forrest side I have 5 meters only as you see from the plans goverment sended as attached), 1 kitchen will be used as dining room there will be a big dining table, 1 room as a working room and 1 bathroom.

First floor: I need a big bedroom inside the bedroom I need a part will be used as suiting place and a bathroom inside the bedroom. And I need another room for my visitors who want to stay in my home. İn the first floor I need a washing macrine part also, could be usefull..

a terrace in first floor will be great for looking to the forrest and drink something.
also I want to enter my home from my garage if you can put a garage joining my house, there have to be 3 meters space from neighbours and 5 meters from the street as seen in attachments.

    It's very tough to spend hours and effort to produce unique architectural pieces, made with great hopes and expectations, with the simple intention of showing alternatives and yet, see everything go down the drain just because one person is unable to adhere to the rules of the game that they established themselves, it's a hard blow to morale and leaves a very bad taste in the mouth.

    It is not fair that you, as the owner of the contest, set rules and then break them. You had established a specific time to send in proposals, but arbitrarily you decided to close it early, without considering the time and effort put in by the contest participants who were waiting to submit their proposals. Given that the contest was open, many decided to wait until the last days to submit proposals and avoid plagiarism, something that you evidently could not understand. Total disappointment and sadness, we had a GREAT project to present to you, but due to your haste, it was not possible.

    the main entrance to the land parcel is from the street facing the forest or the other direction or is it accessible from both , wondering why noone asked, crucial to the design.

    If the floors of the house overlap, would the projection of the second floor overhang on the first floor not be considered as covered area? I ask this because in several regions of the world, such projections are considered as covered area, given that what is protecting the specific area of the first floor in relation to the overhang is a solid floor and not a pergola or other architectural element that provides shade.

    Apparently, the forest is oriented towards the front of the project lot. If not, please specify which direction it is oriented. Other questions:

    1. Can the side insulation be used as an area for vehicle and/or pedestrian access or circulation?

    2. Is the use of pergolas outside of the construction area allowed? (The construction area being understood as the 66m2 of area resulting after applying the insulation)

    3. Is the implementation of outdoor terraces allowed on insulation areas?

      yes the forrest is in front of the building. the 5 metres back side. the front.

      1. yes all parts could be used as car park etc.
      2. pergolas terraces are allowed. only the closed area whole building will be 66 square meters in ground. 5.1 meters x 13 meters building.
      3. outdoor terraces are allowed in 3 meters 5 meters insulation area. no problem. the limited thing is "the closed are of the building will be 3 meters from sides and 5 meters from street. All ground area of the house (closed parts rooms etc) has to be max 66 sqmeters in the ground
