I'm looking to get a picture of me designed as the monopoly guy with the top hat.
attached below is what the reference picture of me that i want use as well as an example of the theme im going for.
some key details im looking for are

1. the label to read RENOPOLY
2. The City building skyline to be specifically the reno building shapes as shown
3. The third file attached is a mock up I made of what look and layout it is that I’m looking for.
