We need a label designed for our new range of Healthcare products (tablets & powders). The design should be similar to our website - www.xtrahealth.com.au
The label should be rectangular - 15cm wide and 5cm high.
The labels need to have:
Product Name
Xtra Health logo (see logo attached)
Quantity of product
Product ingredients
Our details (www.xtrahealth.com.au & phone number)
Small logo of our partner company (Australian Custom Health Labs - see logo attached)

Zinc Tablets
100 capsules
Ingredients; Zinc, iron, calcium, vitamin D

Xtra Health logo & Australian Custom Health Labs logo
We need the end product to be send to us as an editable PDS file along with any fonts used so we are able to insert the products names and ingredients as needed.
